Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will also result in a $50 fee. Payment method : cash, credit, debit, gift card, or reward points. "In-home massages are available within a 10 km radius in the Montreal area. For distances beyond 10 km, an additional charge of $1 per kilometer will apply."
